Visiting Our Office for the First Time
We want your appointment with us to be a relaxed and pleasant experience. Knowing what to expect at your first appointment can help make the process easier for you.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. This examination will provide your dentist with a complete look at your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Planning
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment Options
We'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims, so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
Payment in full is required at the time of your appointment. Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility. Our team is also happy to discuss potential payment plan options with you prior to beginning treatment. Our preferred payment methods are debit or most major credit cards.

We understand that visiting the dentist can cause some patients to feel anxious. If this sounds like you, don't fret.
